We’ve Hit the Six Month Mark – How’s Infiniti Doing?

We are now officially half way through 2014. Woah! How did that happen so fast? But whether it went fast or slow for you, now’s a good time to take a look at the past six months to see where you’re at and how you’re doing. Infiniti has done just that.

Over the past six months, Infiniti has sold 101,220 new vehicles worldwide. Compared to 2013, this is a 30 percent increase. But it’s the past three months that have really made in impact. In April, May, and June, Infiniti has broken monthly sales records. In the US specifically, Infiniti sold about 60,000 vehicles in the six month period, an increase of 14 percent from last year.

One of the key components of the Infiniti growth is its portfolio expansion. The newest Infiniti vehicle, the Infiniti Q50 was launched in 2013 and has sold nearly 50,000 of these vehicles since then. This vehicle is known for its innovative technologies and distinct design, and this has led it to win many prestigious awards. The Infiniti Q70L and Infiniti QX80 were introduced this year at the New York Auto Show. We look forward to seeing how that helps boost sales. We also look forward to seeing the portfolio grow by 60 percent over the next five years.
