More about the 2014 Infitniti QX70

Many of you Infiniti fans have adjusted to the new names of many of the Infiniti vehicles. But for those of you who haven’t and you’re missing the FX37/FX50, don’t fret. The Infiniti QX70 replaced the FX37/FX50 last year, so it’s still around. There were a few improvements for the 2014 year. Keep reading to learn more about what this vehicle has in store.

The base engine on the 2014 Infiniti QX70 is a 3.7-liter V6 that produces 325 horsepower. If you want a little bit more power coming from under the hood, you can upgrade to the 5.0-liter V8 engine that produces 390 horsepower.

You can also to add all-wheel drive to the 2014 Infiniti QX70. The base V6 engine without all-wheel drive receives an EPA estimated fuel economy of 17 miles per gallon in the city and 24 miles per gallon on the highway. Adding all-wheel drive to the V6 engine brings fuel economy to 16 miles per gallon in the city and 22 miles per gallon on the highway. The V8 engine combine with all-wheel drive returns 14 miles per gallon in the city and 20 miles per gallon on the highway.

Some of the standard safety features on the 2014 Infiniti QX70 are heater door mirrors, rear cargo power litfgate, power moonroof, remote keyless entry, auto-dimming rearview mirror and a tilt and telescoping steering wheel – and that just naming a few.
