Infiniti Celebrates June With The EAT (RED) DRINK (RED) SAVE LIVES Campaign

Last month we talked about The (RED) Supper and the EAT (RED) DRINK (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign, a huge effort sponsored by Infiniti to educate and hopefully one day put a stop to AIDS. We were teasing the upcoming event that took place in June. We are here to report the event was a success and we have more details to share. Keep reading for more information.

The event took place at Pier 26, Hudson River Park in New York. This kicked off the annual EAT (RED) DRINK (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign that takes place during the entire month of June.

Participating chefs included David Burke and Josh Capon; April Bloomfield and Joey Campanaro; Elizabeth Falkner and Mark Ladner: Michael Symon and Jonathan Waxman: Michael Schlow and John Besh.

Featured chefs David Burke and Josh Capon created a fantastic array of foods. Here is what their menu included:

Hor D’oeuvre: (RED) Lobster Roll – Toasted Brioche, American Caviar & Shrimp Ceviche – Avocado Mousse, Plantain/Tortilla Chip

Course 1: Grilled Zucchini Carpaccio – (RED) Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes, Toasted Pistachios, Feta & Mint

Course 2: Grilled Angry (RED) Lobster Tails – summer corn salad

Course 3: Barbeque Colorado Lamb – Warm Vegetable Couscous

Course 4: Chocolate Cake – (RED) Berry Salad and Cheesecake Lollipops
