Introducing The Infiniti Q50 3.0t Models

Last week we talked about the 2016 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport model. This week we have more information on the growing Infiniti Q50 family. It’s the Infiniti Q50 3.0t models. There are four new models: the Infiniti Q50 3.0t Premium, the Infiniti Q50 3.0t Premium AWD, the Infiniti Q50 Sport and the Infiniti Q50 Sport AWD. Keep reading for more information.

“The 2016 Q50 3.0t Premium’s new VR-series 3.0-liter V6 twin turbo engine produces 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque,” said Randy Parker, vice president, Infiniti America. “Positioned as the core volume trim, the Q50 3.0t offers twin turbo V6 performance at a starting at a price comparable to 4-cylinder engine-equipped vehicles offered by our main competitors.”

As you can see Infiniti is extremely excited about the all new engine in these models. The vehicles will also come with an updated Direct Adaptive Steering system as well as a driver-selectable Dynamic Digital Suspension, both of which further the driving experience. The Sport models will feature a sport styled front fascia, 19-inch sport wheels, larger sport brakes, leather-appointed sport seats, aluminum-accented pedals and solid magnesium paddle shifters.

Infiniti is working hard on expanding the Infiniti Q50 line-up. There is the performance flagship we discussed last week the Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400, then the 3.5-liter V6 Hybrid model, and the new 2.0-liter I4 turbo.
