Two Infiniti Models Named Top Safety Picks

Infiniti announced at the end of December that two of its vehicles earned the high honor of being named an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Top Safety Pick+. That’s right, both the 2015 Infiniti Q50 sport sedan and the 2015 Infiniti Q70 were honored for being some of the safest vehicles on the market! Keep reading for more information about this award!

To earn a Top Safety Pick award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, vehicles must perform well in the moderate overlap front, side, roof strength and head restraint tests, as well as earn a good or acceptable rating in the small overlap front test. The Top Safety Pick+ awards take it one step further. Vehicles must meet all the aforementioned requirements and incorporate front crash prevention technology.

In addition to these two Infiniti vehicles earning the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s Top Safety Pick+, the Infiniti QX60 earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s Top Safety Pick award.
